I have had the pleasure of being able to work with Gundi Vater on various organizational development issues in recent years.
The activities were always centered around the person. I value Gundi Vater’s spontaneity and ease with which she successfully arranges the workshops. In addition to the work during the workshops, her feedback on my own leadership behavior always was and is much appreciated and often guides my actions. Many times I was able to experience how all participants had gained new energy and new insights at the end of a workshop and were ready to tackle the challenges of every day business.
