“As a longtime executive at a local automobile import and retail division, I have participated in many seminars and courses over the years. To some extent, the previous sessions were always based on the same pillars:

- How the trainer can sell him- or herself best.
- The lack of reasoning is swept aside by using partially repetitive jokes.

I was all the more surprised by the seminar series with Dr. Gundi Vater on the topic of “Assessment of Competence and Potential.” Without using empty phrases or jokes, she was able to get our group to listen and contribute throughout the entire day. She accomplished this simply by means of her professional competence and her sense for interpreting a generally “dry” topic.
In this way, the content was limited to the essentials, and the seminar series equipped us with tools we can use on a daily basis in personnel management.”
